Our 2016 paper “srsLTE: An Open-Source Platform for LTE Evolution and Experimentation” received the Test-of-Time Award at ACM WiNTECH 2026, co-located with ACM MobiCom 2026, for its lasting influence on experimental wireless research. srsLTE later evolved into srsRAN, key infrastructure for 4G, 5G and Open RAN experimental research!
